Seeking a qualified project manager with a minimum of 2 years experience in the roadway construction industry.
Duties will include: negotiating and executing agreements with subcontractors and suppliers, preparing project schedules, preparing submittals, attending progress meetings, monitoring project correspondence, generating pay estimates, and working with field and office personnel to successfully complete on time and under budget projects.
Seeking a field leader to supervise a crew in the roadway construction industry.
Responsibilities include working with office personnel to understand the scope of the project and then supervising a crew to complete the scope of work within the project scheduled timeline.
The Foreman is also responsible for the safety of the crew, following all OSHA guidelines and leading everyone on the jobsite in a safe manner. Skills needed include the ability to think and plan ahead, communicate efficiently, and to lead a team to success.
Grade Control Coordinator
Seeking an experienced GPS Manager to create and maintain project models in the roadway construction industry.
This position will support field personnel in all aspects of layout necessary to accurately and successfully deliver the project.
Knowledge of grade control technology on heavy equipment and site volume calculations is required.
